Subgraph file format

1. Vector files: All vector files must be in AI or EPS format, available in Adobe Illustrator version 13 (CS5) or below, Corel Draw 14 (15) or below.

2. Bitmap files: All bitmap files must be EPS or JPG format, available in Adobe Photoshop version 13 (CS5) or below, Corel Draw 14 (15) or below, and must have a resolution greater than 300 DPI.

colour

Artwork must match Pantone spot color. However, because the color of enamel is limited, we will try to adjust it to a similar color. If the Pantone color number is not available, we also offer PMS toning for free.

Size requirement

1. Black and white manuscript double size. 2. 3x size color draft and Pantone color number.

font

In artwork that is 3x larger, all fonts in the vector must be converted to curves (in Adobe Illustrator, select a curve in the font bar). The most commonly used fonts are sans-serif, such as ARIAL, HELVETICA, VERDANA, AND GENEVA.

Drawing requirements for different processes

1. Metal process

Black and white artwork, colour artwork and PMS colour number are required. The black line represents the separation of the metal lines, and the white part represents the coloring or recessing of the metal parts.

2. Multi-color printing/picture printing

- Color artwork.

- If it is a vector file, all fonts must be converted to curves.

- For bitmap files, the resolution must be greater than 600DPI.

3. Laser engraving

Black and white drawings.

Draft submission

1. Method: CD-ROM or email delivery.

2. Recommended computer software: Adobe Illustrator version 13 (CS5), Corel Draw 14 (15) or later.

3. Font: Please convert the font into a curve or a frame line.

Dimensional method

When measuring the product, please measure the longitudinal and transverse length at the same time, and finally the direction and size number of the measured size will be used as the standard. During the inquiry, if there are any special parts or processes, please specify in detail to facilitate the correct quotation.
